We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with knowledge about wildlife, excellent communication skills and a desire to inspire people about wildlife and the challenges that our environment faces with the ecological emergency and climate change.

They will come to the role with experience of managing a small team, a financial budget and working to a company strategic plan. The post holder will also be responsible for the delivery of MWT’s Strategic Plan and other tasks.

Please note this is a 2-year Fixed Term contract, with an expected start date of December 2024.
